GENERAL REMARKS
The right to make certain requests regarding the processing of personal data has been granted to the personal data owners (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicant”) defined as the relevant person in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the “KVK Law“) in Article 11 of the KVK Law. In accordance with the first paragraph of Article 13 of the KVK Law; Tur Assist Help and Service A.Ş,applications to be made to Tur Assist (“Tur Assist”) regarding these rights must be submitted to us in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”). Within this framework, applications to be made to Tur Assist in “written form” by taking the printout of this form; With the applicant's personal application, Through a notary public, By being signed by the applicant with a “secure electronic signature” or Mobile Signature defined in the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070 and sent to the e-mail address registered to Tur Assist,

Your applications submitted to us will be answered within thirty days from the date of receipt of your request according to the nature of the request in accordance with the 2nd paragraph of Article 13 of the KVK Law. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged by Tur Assist. Our responses will be delivered to you in writing or electronically in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of the relevant KVK Law.
