How can I make a reservation?
You can easily make your reservation on the www.rigorent.com website. During the reservation, you can only use a credit card. At the time of vehicle pickup, you must have a credit card issued in your own name for the deposit request.

You can only make payments by credit card. At the time of vehicle pickup, you must have a credit card issued in your own name for the deposit request.
Can I purchase an additional driver?

Can I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your reservation free of charge and without any conditions up to 24 hours before your booking time. If you purchase cancellation insurance, you can cancel free of charge up to 3 hours before your reservation. For cancellations made within 3 hours of your booking time, a penalty will apply.
Is there a mileage limit for the vehicles?
Mileage limits vary depending on the vehicle or location. You can check the mileage limit of the vehicle during the reservation.
What should I have with me at the time of vehicle pickup?
At the time of vehicle pickup, you must have a valid driver’s license for at least 1 year and a credit card issued in your own name.
Am I responsible in case of an accident?
Our vehicles are covered by insurance with a deductible. You may be liable for damages below the amount specified in the contract, while damages above this amount will be covered by the insurance if a report is filed. If you purchase Mini Damage insurance, you will have no liability at all, giving you complete peace of mind.
